Start from Levens village centre and head south to the banks of the River Kent, then follow the knet estuary as it opens out into MMorecambe Bay. Skirt round the Foulshaw nature reserve and end at Lindale, on the outskirts of Grange over Sands.

Transport for the day. Bus fron Kendal to Levens, at the end of the day wander into Grange for fish and chips before catching the train back towards Carnforth
